Founded in 1978 by Dwight and Julie Such in Arvada, Colorado, Homestead Management Corporation is a family-owned HOA management company serving communities across Colorado and Arizona. For nearly 50 years, Homestead has grown through referrals and word of mouth alone—100% organic growth, without mergers, acquisitions, or purchased management portfolios.
Dwight Such served on the board of directors for a community in Arvada, Colorado. When the management relationship dissolved, he stepped in to help manage the community.
