Brandon Andes is curious by nature and drawn to learning things that challenge and interest him. Whether he is picking up guitar, exploring fascinating history facts, or working through a difficult concept, Brandon enjoys the process of understanding something new and seeing how that knowledge can benefit him over time. He brings that same thoughtful mindset to his work, where he wants homeowners, Board members, and coworkers to feel well taken care of.

Brandon strives to be responsible, relatable, and supportive. He hopes coworkers see him as someone they can depend on, and he believes strong teamwork starts with great communication. To Brandon, a team works best when everyone shares a goal-driven mindset, supports one another, and moves away from an individualistic approach. He values leadership, but also believes a leader is only effective when the group is willing to work together.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys playing guitar, spending time with friends, watching sports, working out, cooking new recipes, and traveling across the world whenever he has the opportunity. People who know him would describe him as curious, funny, and optimistic.
