Michelle L. Young brings deep experience, high standards, and a love of teaching to the people she works with. With 27 years in the property management industry, she enjoys helping coworkers better understand the bookkeeping process and hopes they leave conversations with their questions answered and something new learned. Michelle is knowledgeable, organized, direct, and dedicated to doing the job well.
She believes a strong team is built on respect and honor for one another. To Michelle, being part of a team means staying open to feedback, learning along the way, and appreciating the value each person brings. She holds herself to a strong work ethic and naturally expects the same care and commitment from those around her.
Outside of work, Michelle is a longtime Colorado Avalanche fan and has been cheering them on since 1995. She enjoys going to games, kayaking on lakes around Denver, taking long early-morning walks with her West Highland Terrier, Finley, reading, painting classes, refurbishing old furniture, planning events and vacations, and singing at the top of her lungs. People who know Michelle would describe her as a perfectionist, organized, knowledgeable, sometimes funny, and stubborn in a good way.
