Will Such is driven by the kind of effort that brings people together and helps them become better than they thought they could be. He is naturally drawn to doing things well, not for recognition, but because he believes the work matters (and so do the people involved in it). Whether he is helping someone reach an important goal or supporting a team moving in the same direction, Will brings focus, honesty, and a strong sense of commitment to the people around him.

Outside of work, Will enjoys hockey, woodworking when time allows, and life outdoors—especially wilderness, bird hunting, and training Springer Spaniels. He is also passionate about personal and youth development, particularly through coaching.
